How to fix the issue that M4V Converter Plus for Win fails to read iTunes library

If you encounter a problem while you import videos from your iTunes library to the M4V Converter Plus for Win, please refer to the following tutorial to fix it:

Step 1: Update iTunes Settings.

Please launch iTunes, go to the Menu column on the upper left corner and select "Edit ->Preferences -> Advanced", tick "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications" and then click "OK" to save the settings.

Step 2: Click "Retry" to Add Your iTunes Movies.

Then Switch to M4V Converter Plus for Windows and click "Retry" to re-load your iTunes movies.
